Wednesday July 30th: Pool Party and Worship

Jr High: Pool Party at the Woods House!
We will be meeting and ending at the Woods home at 1837 Castillo Ct in SLO. We will get things rollin at the Woods home at 6:30 and we will be having some sweet pool games and some diving competitions! Girls one piece suit just like at hume and guys keep it to boardshorts. We will also have some tasty snacks there and did I mention they have a great grass volleyball court too? Bring a friend or two!

High School: Games and Worship time at Grace!
We will be meeting and ending at Grace this week from 6:30-9:00. Look forward to some sweet games and a great time of worship in song down in the basement. Sweet sweet!

Tuesday July 29th Grace Summer Night #4

TALENT SHOW!!!
That is right this week we are having the Talent Show! Food will get rolling at 5:30 in the ministry center (gym) and then we will have a night filled with little kids dancing, Adrian and the Airplanes lip singing some song of great legend and glory and Justin Hooper making mothers cry b/c of his lark-like voice. If you have a talent, and I know many of you do, you can still sign up! If you would like to be involved make sure to email Todd at todd@graceslo.org This is our last Grace Summer Night so come and have an awesome time!

Sunday July 27th 9:30

This Sunday for Jr. High we will be continuing our study on unity. We will be continuing to see how God has designed us to exist in unity in the same way that our God of three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit are one. Come and be encouraged!!!
For High School Mike Ward will be opening the word for us. Mike is an amazing man of God who has had some incredible trials in his life and has triumphed through them through the power of God. I've known Mike personally for a number of years and consider him one of my mentors and close friends.
Don't forget about our 11AM worship service where Pastor Steve will be opening God's word for us this week.

Hey if you are here checkin out da blog that rocks! I'd love to get some pics up from Hume and stuff or at least have links to Facebook albums or something for Hume pics. Wednesday July 23rd: CAR RALLY and PATTY'S!

Remember our times 6:30-9:00!

Jr. High:

We are having a CAR RALLY!!! What does that mean? Well lemme fill ya in! We will be meeting and ending at Grace but we won't really be here to much in between! You and a few others will pile (safely!) into a car driven by one of our staff and will hop all around town to different locations that you will figure out from a clues sheet that you will receive! You earn points for all the clues you figure out and the winners will get a sweet sweet prize! Bring a friend for sure!

High School:

You all are headin over to the Patty's Place! There will be food there and opportunities to ride Larson's cow for the fair will be available for the daring! hahaha! There is also rumor of a boar head that haunts the Patty Place so beware!

Tuesday July 22nd Grace Summer Night #3

It's a Hoedown! That's right we are havin a Hoedown with a real caller and everything!!! Amazing I know!!! That is going to get rollin at 5:30 at Grace and it has been said that the food will be ready at 5:30 sharp!!! Yum yums! So bring your boots, your big hats and we'll get r done. Oh and did Google images come through or what!?!?! hahaha!

For the Jr. High we will be starting our new series on Unity this Sunday! Todd will be openin up God's word on the High side and we will be having some FALL FORWARD promo videos for announcements!!! Good times!
