Wednesday!!! Back at Grace!

Hello hello hello!  Just wanted to let you all know that this week we are all going to be back at Grace from 7-8:45!  We are planning on playing dodgeball in the brand new founders hall directly following a freeforall foodfight in there as well!!! HAHAHA, ya right, that is how I would get fired.  No but really now I hope you made it on Sunday and took a tour of the "Early Childhood Center" because it pretty much is AMAZING!!!  Now is such a great time to invite friends for Wednesday Nights!!!

Ok so quick word out to everyone about all the happenings for this Wednesday.  First of all at 7am at the flagpole at Laguna and at the bottom of the red stairs for SLOHS we are gathering to pray and sing to our Lord.  Other local student ministries will be joining us as we focus on praying for eachother, our community, our schools and whatever else the Lord would have for us to lift up to Him.  Hope to seeya there!

Wednesday Night:

We will be meeting and ending at Terrace Hill in SLO from 7-845.  We will be gathering once again with other local student ministries to pray and worship in song together.  Be sure to dress warmly and bring a flashlight if you have one.  If you need directions to Terrace Hill the map below should help (zoom in)...  We will be waiting for you on Bishop St. right in front of the hill!  Hope to see you there!

What is goin on!?!

Sooo if you made it to the Move Night yesterday I hope you were as amazed as I am about how quickly things were completed!!!  It was stellar!  People + Pizza/Popcorn = A Job Well Done!  Praise God for how quickly He moved things along last night!  Hopefully for those of you who made it, you were also SUPER AMPED on the new building!!!  

Ok so this Wed. 7-8:45 at Grace for both Jr. High and High School!  Be sure to bring a friend and also remember to be thinking of who God may have put in your life to invite to the Fall Kick Off this Sunday!  The Fall Kick Off is SUPER SWEET and such a great opportunity to bring people to hear the gospel in an open and fun environment across the street in the park!  

Jr. High girls Bible study is today at the Ernstrom home at 4:30!  Heard last week was super awesome with the meal making for the Badgers!  Sounds like great things are goin on!

It's Finally Happening... Jr. High Guys Halo Party

There were many requests this year at Hume for a Video Game/ Halo party for the Jr. High Guys.  Well... the time has finally come.  This Friday night at 7pm at the Ernstrom's home 1363 Sydney St. (off of Johnson near Bishop St.).  The word on the street is that some Wiis will also be making an appearance.  The time the gathering will end is whenever your parents want to pick you up and the latest you can stay is midnight.  Snacks will be provided in abundance.  Oh and if you have a system that you want to bring or controllers or a tv you can contact Josh by emailing him at joshley@mac.com.  If you do bring something, label it for sure!   

This Week For GSM 9/8---9/12

Tuesday:

Jr. High girls!  Grab your aprons and head over to the Ernstroms at 4:30 to make dinner for the Badger family.  Keith and Cara Badger have been some faithful servants of our Lord in the High School group and Ashley and Danielle have decided to serve them through making them a little din din!  Sounds like a SWEET time to me!

Wednesday:

High School and Jr. High will both be meeting at Grace from 7-8:45.  This is again such an opportunity for you all to come and be encouraged in your faith and also to bring others so that they might hear the gospel of Jesus Christ, which may lead them to salvation.  Seeya in The Basement!

Friday: High Schoolers

After the SLO High Home Football game, which starts at 7:30, head on over to the Grays home at 683 Evans Road for our 5th Quarter party!  If ya need a ride after the game wait outside the main gate and one of the staff or Todd will hook ya up!  There will be a Kajabe-Can-Can tournament along with tons of munchies, a pool, a pool table, some ping-pong and it will go all the way till midnight!  Talk about a fun time eh?!  Invite your friends for sure!  

 

Wedneday September 3rd! 7-8:45
