Jr. High Guys Bible Study Not Happening This Week

Justin and I are both going to be out of town this Friday so Bible Study will be getting started next week on Friday.  We are planning on having Bible Study Fridays right after school, so like 3:30.  The Bible Study will probably go for 1.5 hrs.  If you have any scheduling conflicts with this time lemme know!  Thanks!

Lyrical Theology in Hip-Hop?

If you like hip-hop and are bummed out b/c everything out there seems to be such garbage then I encourage you to check out how one servant of Christ "Lecrae" is working to overturn these negative influences of mainstream hip-hop with his own "Lyrical Theology." Wednesday August 27th: 7:00-8:45 @ Grace

We have now begun our Fall schedule for our Wednesdays so we will begin at 7:00 and end at 8:45 for both the Jr. High and High School groups.  Hope that you all have had a tremendous first couple days of school!  What an opportunities we have to live like Christ in front of people at school who have such a need for saving grace in their lives, and to be encouraged by others who are serving the Lord alongside us!  Hope to see you all Wednesday!

Tuesday August 26: Jr High Girls Bible Study

Danielle and Ashley are having a Jr. High girls Bible study on Tuesday at the Ernstrom Home at 4:30.  The Ernstroms live at 1363 Sydney Street and be sure to bring your Bibles!  Hope everyone had a great first day at school!

Fall Forward Info

Just to give ya all some details here that are essential for all you Falling Forward- hehe- with us this Friday.  Please be at Grace at 12 on Friday with all of your luggage and some $ for dinner on the way up (So that means eat an early lunch before you get to Grace, or if you are like me bring a second and third lunch with you for the ride up- haha).  We are going to Camp Hammer which is the same camp we have been at for the last 4 years now and is located off of Mount Hermon Rd. in the Santa Cruz Mountains.  If you have any more questions please feel free to lemme know!  Seeya Friday!

Jr High Guys Bible Study Friday 15th 1:00-2:30

If you are in Jr. High and you are a guy then it would behoove you to arrive at Keaton Moore's abode, 1325 Aralia Ct., on the 15th of August at 1:00.  It should prove to be a truly divine time of fellowship, finger foods and time in the word together.  Ok enough proper-type!  Hope you all can make it!  Should be sweet for sure!  Call me if you have any questions 801-6160.

Wednesday August 13th: Last Summer Wed Night!

Hello everyone!  This Wednesday is our LAST summer Wednesday Night!  Both Jr High and High School will be meeting together at Grace for a great game night with some seriously sweet snacks, worship and teaching as well!  Remember 6:30 to 9:30 and don't forget to sign up for FALL FORWARD!!!  It is gonna be SWEET SWEET SWEET! Bring a friend!

Jr. High Boys Bible Study: Friday August 8th 1-230

Hey Jr. High guys!  We are having our Bible Study this week at the Grant home which is located at 1369 Sawleaf Ct. in the Arbors.  The study is open for any guy in 7th or 8th grade and will go from 1-230.  Hope to see ya there boys!

  Todd will be continuing to look at relationships for the High School side and the Jr Highers will be continuing the Unity Study.  Fall Forward is coming up very soon so sign up today!  Hope to seeya all Sunday @ 9:30.

Wednesday August 6th: SYAT BEACH

   This week we are meeting down at Port San Luis for a night of fun and fellowship with other local youth groups!  We are having a bus leave from Grace at 6 so if ya wanna ride make sure to be there BEFORE 6.  If you want to drive down to Port San Luis you could meet us there at 6:15 and if you are riding the bus on the way back it will arrive at Grace at 9:30.  Hope ya all can make it!!!
